CreatorPlex provides stream overlay management tools and content collaboration features for content creators, influencers, and their teams. The Service allows users to:

• Upload and manage media files (images, GIFs, videos)
• Create and customize stream overlays
• Generate URLs for use in streaming software (e.g., OBS Studio)
• Collaborate with team members
• Track activity and changes

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using email authentication or through supported OAuth providers (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to CreatorPlex. By uploading content, you grant CreatorPlex a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Violates the rights of any third party

5. Team Collaboration

When you create or join a team, you agree that:

• Team owners control member access and permissions
• Team members may access and modify shared overlays
• All team activity is logged and visible to team owners
• You are responsible for your team's activities

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, including activity logs, uploaded files, and usage information.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

9. Termination

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATORPLEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
